Kyung: The thing with insoles is.... Okay, I'll reveal my utmost secret, something that you won't be able to hear anywhere else so listen well.
Jaehyo: Make sure you're recording this.
Kyung: Wearing insoles hurt your feet and give you back pain, but you still want to wear more since it makes you taller. The best way to overcome that barrier is to train yourself. What I do is wear two pairs of insoles, and lay a thinner one on top of that. I wear it around for a day, and obviously it hurts. The next day, what you do is take off the thin layer, and suddenly the two insoles seem a lot more comfortable!
Zico: That's kind of like athletes training themselves with sandbags.
Kyung: Yes, I'm currently experimenting with this. I'll be writing a book on it soon.
Younha: On working with your short height?
Kyung: Yes, of course. I was listening to Starry Night one night and heard that a Boyfriend member had a complex about his height. I would like to consult him.

Younha: How is Block B with dieting?
Zico: U-Kwon and P.O. diet a lot. Their weight fluctuates really severely so they're always gaining and losing weight. P.O. is better at controlling it, whereas U-Kwon stabilizes once he gets determined to.
Jaehyo: I focus more on body building as opposed to losing weight. I have abs! Bam!
Kyung: Yeah, Jaehyo hyung and I don't really diet. We can eat as much as we want.
Zico: I gain weight in my face. Overall, I'm pretty skinny, but since all of the weight goes to my face, I don't look like it.
Younha: Why, your baby face is cute.
Zico: (baby voice) Baby face? Baby!
Jaehyo: (monotone) You're cute, Woo Jiho -_-.
Younha: You're so mean to him (laughter).

Younha: Zico, it looks like your nose has gotten bigger.
Zico: I was actually picking my nose yesterday and I guess it got swollen from that. For some reason, my nose swells whenever I pick it.
Younha: Not because you were treating your blackheads?
Zico: Nah, boogers. Staying in the studio for a long time, things get stuck up in there. Normally I'll pick my nose with Jaehyo hyung before we move to our next schedule.

Zico: I've been spending my nights at the company lately so I'm rarely home to sleep in the dorm. I heard that my bed has turned into an exclusive closet for Kyung.
Younha: What's up with that, Kyung?
Kyung: I was actually talking about this with Zico earlier. I asked him if I could use his bed as a closet since he's never home anyway. I noticed that his bed was just too clean - all it had was a Hello Kitty sleeping on it. I'm the type that can't stand clean things so I decided to messy it up a bit.
Younha: How messy is it now?
Kyung: A bit.. but every week, our maid ajumma comes in and cleans it up, so it's really hard for me to keep messying his bed.
(laughter)
Kyung: I actually have something else to add. On another show, I mentioned that I didn't have any underwear so I was wearing Minhyuk hyung's. I received a lot of underwear gifts after that, and soon noticed P.O beginning to wear my underwear. I told him, "Hey, those are mine!" He retorted, "Hyung, these are mine, anyone could tell that these belong to me." Jihoon, those are mine.
Zico: I actually found my favorite underwear in his shopping bag the other day too...
Younha: Why are you guys so obsessed with underwear?
Kyung: It's the detail! The little glimpse of it when you lift up your arms and it peaks through your shirt.

Younha: How are you guys with saving money?
Kyung: I really can't save. if I have money on me, I'm the type that has to go out and spend it all. I'll buy things for my friends and come home empty handed.

Jaehyo: I think I'm worse with my money management. If I have money, it's never lasted more than a day.

Zico: I noticed after I came back from Ireland that Minhyuk hyung has been trying to act cool.
Kyung: *sighs* Seriously, it's gotten really bad. Even when he's sitting, he'll cross his legs with his hands in his pockets and gaze at a 45 degree angle.
Younha: So cool...
Kyung: Eh? What?
Younha: Sounds so cool...
Kyung: And even when he's sleeping, he keeps his cap on.
Zico: Yeah, he dresses up even when we're home.
Jaehyo: After he gets out of the shower, he'll come out topless and throw his shirt into the laundry bin as if he was playing basketball.
Zico: If he makes the goal, he'll be like, "Nice!"
Kyung: And in the morning, he'll come out to the table asking, "Where's breakfast (TN: breakfast in English)?" He'll even ask us to make brunch for him in Western style with scrambled eggs and such.

Kyung: I've had a very good week.
Younha: Your hair looks like it's gotten darker. Did you dye it black?
Kyung: Yes. I'm still young, so... But this won't last long. I'm going to undergo a drastic change soon. I feel that it's time for change, so please look forward to it.
Zico: Remember my debut pineapple hair? I heard that he was going to do that next. Our concepts are passed down in baton format. Kyung will do the pineapple next, and after him will be Jaehyo.
Kyung: When Zico did it, only his hair was a pineapple concept. But if I were to do it... even my face would be a pineapple concept.

Younha: So how have you guys spent your week?
Kyung: I was really lonely because Zico was gone for a week.
Zico: I recently visited the EMA Awards in Ireland.
Younha: Wow, very cool!
Zico: It was really fun.
Kyung: He met Bruno Mars senior.
Zico: Yes, I met Bruno Mars, Jessie J, LMFAO, Katy Perry, and others. Not only did I experience a foreign culture, but I also gave them some of my craziness too.
Younha: You must've shown off all of your crazy talents.
Zico: Yes, everyone looked at me weird because I was clearly Asian but I was shouting and jumping around in English.
Younha: What kind of English?
Zico: They'll play music videos during downtime - artists like Kanye West and Jay-Z - so I'd follow along and sing out loud. Everyone stared. Still, I didn't let them get to me and just felt the music.
Younha: You know, I thought you were only weird to Koreans, but I guess you're weird overseas as well.
Zico: Right.

Kyung: You know how on Twitter, you can see the display pictures of the people that mention you. When you click on their IDs, you can see the picture bigger. I was looking at one fan's picture in particular.. and a couple minutes later, saw Zico looking at the same picture on his Twitter.
(studio erupts in laughter)
Kyung: So I asked him, "Why are you looking at my mentions?" And he was just like, "I was just looking."
Jaehyo: I saw it two days later.
Kyung: Yeah, we look at everyone's display pictures. If you have a pretty one, there's a bigger chance we'll look at it.
Younha: All boys at your age are the same!

Younha: So were you studious in high school?
Zico: The way I studied was by going on messenger to fool all of my competition into thinking that I was procrastinating online. I'd leave interesting statuses to make them call me up, and they always asked if I had studied for the test. I'd just say things like, "No, I'm outside hanging out, I'm totally screwed for the exam." I'd walk in for the exam the next day and ace it. That's how I got rid of my competition.

Then later on Cho PD stated in an interview with Starry Night Radio that Block B would be making a comeback before January 8th. Younha: Did you guys ever tease girls in high school?
Zico: I never talked to girls. Just did my own thing.
Jaehyo: I did, which I feel really apologetic for.
Kyung: I especially teased my nuna a lot. She's really skinny, especially her legs.. It's gotten a lot better lately, though.
Younha: Promise me that you guys won't tease girls anymore, okay?
Block B: Yes.

Younha: So do you have any group gossip to share?
Jaehyo: We recently heard a ghost while recording a song.
Zico: Yeah, everyone ran away.
Jaehyo: We were recording Kyung's rap part when we suddenly heard a scream in the sound system.
Zico: We had finished the chorus and began recording Kyung's second rap verse. The studio turned into a mess after that, but we were never able to find the source of the sound. The scream wasn't recorded when we rewinded the part. It was the scream of a woman.
Jaehyo: The sound came directly from the mic.
Younha: There's a long standing tradition amongst singers where if they see a ghost or have something bad happen during their recording, the album will hit daebak. I'm really looking forward to it now.

Younha: Will we be able to have your album by the end of the year?
Zico: I think that will be difficult. I wish for the company to give us more time.. because they expect us to produce the album on top of going to all of these schedules. Even if we had 10 clones, it wouldn't be enough.

Younha: I read on Twitter that Zico was busily producing the next album. How far are you along?
Zico: Yes, I started mixing yesterday, but it didn't come out the way I wanted it to. I had to do it again and it was just a total war.. Fortunately, the other producer hyungs and I came together to create something even better.
Jaehyo: I helped too.
Zico: Yes, Jaehyo hyung helped a lot. I begged him to just stay home and do absolutely nothing, just stay home, and he did just that. He did it very well, might I add.
Jaehyo: Yes, I was the reason Zico didn't have to work so hard.
Zico: Have you ever heard of 'Again Jaehyo'? Once he goes in the recording booth, he has to stay in there for five hours...
Younha: He must want to do very well.
Zico: Well, it usually takes about 10 or 20 minutes for the rappers and about 30 or 40 minutes for the vocal line. As for Jaehyo hyung, however, the minute he steps into the booth with our engineer hyung, a war erupts. We all say to each other, "It has finally begun." We get a drink of water and prepare for the real beginning then.
Younha: You know, maybe the engineer hyung just wants to keep listening to Jaehyo's voice because he likes it so much.
Zico: He's not a man with that much free time on his hands.
